- Handling: These are large, heavy tiles. We recommend a two-person lift for installation to prevent breakage and injury.
- Levelling System: For tiles of this size (120cm), we strongly advise using a tile levelling system (clips and wedges) to prevent "lippage" and ensure a completely flat floor.
- Grout Colour: A Mid-Grey or Manhattan grout will blend seamlessly with the tile, creating a monolithic stone look.
- Adhesive: Always use a high-quality flexible cement-based adhesive (S1 grade) to cope with the slight movement of large format tiles, especially over underfloor heating.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
