- No Sealing Needed: The Rivage Indigo is a fully glazed ceramic tile. It is non-porous and does not require the maintenance of crackle glaze or natural stone.
- Significant Variation: To achieve the intended "watercolour" look, the tiles vary significantly in shade. We strongly recommend opening all boxes and mixing the tiles before fixing to create a harmonious blend.
- Adhesive Colour: For deep blue tiles, we generally recommend a standard grey adhesive, but if you are using a light grout, ensure you clean the joints thoroughly before grouting to avoid dark adhesive showing through the grout lines.
- Grout Joint: A 3mm grout joint is recommended to accommodate the handcrafted, irregular edges.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
