- No Sealing Required: Sorrento Black is made of glazed porcelain, which is non-porous. Unlike real cement or slate tiles, it requires zero sealing, making it incredibly easy to live with.
- Grout Colour: For a solid black floor, use a Dark Grey or Black grout (like Mapei 120 Black). If creating a checkerboard with white tiles, a Mid-Grey grout is the safest choice to avoid staining the white tiles or outlining the black ones too harshly.
- Layouts: This tile is modular and designed to work perfectly with Sorrento White. Plan your layout carefully to ensure equal cuts at the edges of the room.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
