- No Sealing Needed: This is a high-quality glazed porcelain tile. Unlike the cement tiles it mimics, it is completely non-porous and requires zero sealing, making it a dream to maintain.
- Grout Colour: We suggest using a White or Moon White grout to blend with the background of the pattern, allowing the indigo design to take centre stage.
- Pattern Layout: The roundel motif is designed to repeat. We recommend dry laying a section of the floor first to ensure the pattern is perfectly aligned before fixing.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
