⚠️ Installation & Care Tips

Sealing is Essential: Palio Limestone is porous and must be sealed to prevent absorption of water and stains. We recommend sealing once before grouting and once after grouting with a high-quality impregnator (e.g., Lithofin MN Stainstop).
Use White Adhesive: Always use a White flexible tile adhesive. Grey adhesive can show through the light-coloured limestone, causing it to look muddy or dull.
Natural Variation: This is a natural product. Shade, veining, and fossilisation will vary significantly. We recommend mixing tiles from different boxes to create a harmonious blend.
Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for natural stone. Avoid acidic cleaners (like vinegar) or bleach, as these will etch the surface.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

• Low hanging trees and bridges.

• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

• Unfinished tracks and roads.

• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

• Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
