- No Sealing Needed: This is a high-quality glazed tile. Unlike crackle glaze or porous stone, it is stain-resistant and requires no sealing, making it very easy to install.
- Significant Variation: The glaze is designed to vary in depth and tone to create a watercolour effect. We recommend mixing tiles from different boxes to ensure an even distribution of shades.
- Grout Joint: We recommend a 3mm grout joint to accommodate the slightly irregular, handcrafted edges of the tiles.
- Adhesive Colour: Always use a White flexible adhesive. Grey adhesive can shadow through lighter glazes like Ivory, making the tile look dull or dirty.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
