- Sealing is Essential: Although dark, this is porous natural marble. It must be sealed before and after grouting with a high-quality impregnating sealer to prevent water marks and staining.
- Adhesive Choice: We recommend using a White rapid-setting flexible adhesive. While it seems counter-intuitive for a black tile, white adhesive prevents the risk of "picture framing" or bleeding that can sometimes occur with porous stone, ensuring the white veins remain crisp.
- Extreme Variation: The beauty of Notte lies in its unpredictability. Some tiles will be solid black, others heavily veined with white. **You must open multiple boxes and mix the tiles** before fixing to create a stunning, natural blend.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
