⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing is Mandatory: Crackle glaze tiles are porous by nature. They must be sealed with a dedicated Crackle Glaze Protector (impregnator) before grouting to prevent the grout colour from bleeding into the cracks, and again after grouting to make them watertight.
- Wet Areas: While suitable for shower walls, ensure they are thoroughly sealed. Over time, in very wet areas, some discolouration of the crackle is natural and adds to the antique patina.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a light or neutral grout to avoid staining the crackle effect during installation. Always test a small area first.
- Cleaning: Use pH-neutral cleaners only. Avoid harsh acidic bleach which can damage the delicate glaze.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
