⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing is Essential: Palio Limestone is porous and susceptible to staining. It must be sealed before and after grouting. We recommend a high-quality impregnating sealer (like Lithofin MN Stainstop) to protect the stone without altering its colour.
- Use White Adhesive: Always use a White flexible tile adhesive. Grey adhesive can "shadow" through pale limestone, ruining the bright, creamy appearance.
- Natural Variation: Expect beautiful imperfections! Fossils, calcite veins, and shade differences are part of the charm. Mix sheets from different boxes during installation for the best blend.
- Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral cleaners specifically for natural stone. Avoid acidic supermarket cleaners, vinegar, or bleach, as these will etch the surface.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
