- No Sealing Needed: This is a glazed porcelain mosaic. It is completely non-porous and requires no sealing.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a **White** grout to keep the look fresh and allow the pink glaze to pop. For a softer look, a **Light Grey** grout can be used.
- Mesh Backing: The tiles come on a mesh sheet, making installation faster. However, your tiler may need to adjust individual chips to ensure perfectly straight lines, as "Kit Kat" tiles are known for their organic, slightly irregular handmade charm.
- Wall Only: Please note this tile is designed for wall use only and is not suitable for floors.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
