- No Sealing Needed: This is a glazed porcelain product. It is non-porous and does not require sealing, making it much easier to live with than real marble.
- Batch Mixing: To mimic natural stone, these tiles have "Moderate Variation". Always mix tiles from different boxes during installation to ensure the pattern is distributed evenly across the floor or wall.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a Light Grey or Silver grout to complement the veining without creating harsh grid lines. A 3mm joint is standard.
- Adhesive: Use a high-quality flexible tile adhesive suitable for porcelain (e.g., Mapei S1).

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Information
Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
