⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Sealing is Essential: Palio Limestone is porous and must be sealed before and after grouting. We recommend a high-quality impregnating sealer (like Lithofin MN Stainstop) to protect against water and organic stains without changing the stone's appearance.
- Use White Adhesive: Always use a White flexible tile adhesive. Standard grey adhesive can show through the light-coloured limestone, causing it to look dull or dirty.
- Diamond Sawn Edge: Because the edges are straight cut, you can use a narrower grout joint (around 3mm) compared to tumbled stone. However, ensure your substrate is perfectly flat as lippage will be more noticeable with straight edges.
- Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral cleaners specifically designed for natural stone. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, or bleach as these will etch the surface.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
