⚠️ Installation & Care Tips
- Slip Resistance: Due to the high-gloss finish, this tile is not suitable for wet room floors or shower trays where slip resistance is critical. It is perfect for general bathroom floors (use a bath mat!) and all other internal floors.
- Batch Mixing: To achieve a natural look, these tiles have "Moderate Variation". Always open multiple boxes and mix the tiles as you lay them to avoid pattern repetition or blocky shading.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a Silver Grey or Manhattan grout. Avoid bright white (which can yellow) or black (which creates a harsh grid). A 3mm joint is recommended.
- Adhesive: Use a flexible, standard-set white adhesive to ensure a strong bond, especially if using with underfloor heating.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
