- Sealing is Essential: As a natural stone, Avalon Rosso is porous. It must be sealed before and after grouting with a quality impregnating sealer (like LTP Mattstone) to prevent staining and water absorption.
- Extreme Variation: This product is defined by its dramatic range of colours. Some tiles will be deep red, others lighter with heavy white veining. **You must mix tiles from different boxes** before fixing to ensure a balanced, natural look across your floor.
- Adhesive Choice: We recommend using a White flexible adhesive. Even with darker marble, white adhesive is safer to prevent any potential "picture framing" or moisture shadowing affecting the stone's appearance.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
