- Sealing is Essential: Avalon Crema is a natural stone and is porous. You must seal it before and after grouting to prevent staining and water ingress. We recommend a high-quality impregnating sealer.
- Extreme Variation: This product is rated for "Extreme Variation." This means you will see a significant range of creamy tones, beige veins, and markings across the batch. Always mix tiles from different boxes during installation to ensure an even blend.
- Adhesive Colour: Always use a White flexible adhesive. Dark or grey adhesive can show through the lighter parts of the marble and ruin the finish.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
