- No Sealing Needed: This is a high-grade porcelain product. It is non-porous, frost-proof, and stain-resistant, requiring no sealing or special treatments.
- Natural Variation: This format features 32 different pattern variations. Always mix tiles from different boxes to ensure the stone effect looks random and authentic.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a White, Jasmine, or Light Grey grout to keep the look fresh and bright. A 3mm joint is recommended.
- Adhesive: Always use a White flexible adhesive. Grey adhesive can sometimes shadow through lighter tiles, making them appear dull.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
