- No Sealing Required: Casino Baccarat is made of glazed porcelain, which is non-porous. Unlike the cement tiles it mimics, it requires zero sealing, saving you time and money on maintenance.
- Grout Colour: We recommend a Medium Grey or Manhattan grout to define the tiles without overpowering the crisp black and white pattern. Avoid black grout as it can stain the white areas during installation.
- Pattern Alignment: The geometric design repeats across the tiles to create a larger motif. We advise dry laying a section of the floor first to check the alignment before fixing them in place.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
