- Sealing is Mandatory: North Haven is natural marble. You must seal the mosaic sheets thoroughly with a high-quality impregnator (like Lithofin MN Stainstop) before and after grouting to prevent staining and grout haze.
- Grout Colour: Choosing the right grout is critical for penny mosaics. A Light Grey or Silver grout will define the circles without being too harsh. Avoid dark grouts as they can stain the pale marble chips.
- Extreme Variation: Expect significant colour differences between sheets. This is the beauty of the product! Always dry lay your sheets first to ensure a pleasing distribution of the darker green and lighter mint tones.
- Adhesive: Use a **White** flexible adhesive to ensure the translucent nature of the marble remains bright.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
