- Sealing is Mandatory: This is natural stone. You must seal the mosaic sheets before grouting (to prevent grout haze sticking to the stone) and after grouting (to waterproof the joints). We recommend Lithofin MN Stainstop.
- Extreme Variation: The beauty of North Haven is its unpredictability. Expect significant colour differences between sheets. Dry lay them first to ensure a pleasing distribution of tones.
- Adhesive: Always use a **White** flexible adhesive. Grey adhesive can show through the lighter translucent chips, making them look dirty.
- Grout: We recommend a light grey or silvery grout to define the hexagon shape without jarring against the soft green tones.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.
Checking Orders
Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!
Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
