- Sealing is Mandatory: This is natural marble. You must seal the mosaic sheets thoroughly with a high-quality impregnator (like Lithofin MN Stainstop) before and after grouting to prevent staining.
- Interlocking Sheets: The basketweave pattern interlocks. When laying, ensure the sheets mesh together perfectly so the join lines disappear. Dry lay a large area first to check your spacing.
- Extreme Variation: Expect significant colour differences between sheets. This is intentional. Mix sheets from different boxes to ensure a balanced blend of light and dark tones.
- Adhesive: Use a **White** flexible adhesive to ensure the translucent nature of the marble remains bright.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
