- Sealing: Being natural marble, this tile MUST be sealed with an impregnating sealer before and after grouting.
- Adhesive: Use only a white rapid-set flexible adhesive. Grey adhesives can permanently stain or darken the pink marble.
- Natural Variation: Expect significant tonal variety. We recommend dry-laying several sheets to "shuffle" the tiles for a harmonious blend.
- Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral stone cleaners. Avoid bleach or acidic "bathroom" sprays.

Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries
Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:
• Low hanging trees and bridges.
• Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.
• No turning point for the delivery vehicle.
• Unfinished tracks and roads.
• Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.
• Gravel driveways.
If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

Once an order has been placed goods that are in stock, can normally be dispatched for delivery within 3-5 working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on one of our specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales will be advised before any tiles are ordered.
