Each box contains four tiles, sold exclusively by the box. It is important to note that these tiles and mouldings might develop crazing over time. Sealing is required for cracked or crazed tiles both before installation and after grouting. To ensure their longevity, ongoing sealing is recommended. Access Issues For Large Pallet Deliveries

Our delivery drivers may be prevented from delivering your order by the following:

•  Low hanging trees and bridges.

•  Narrow roads, gateways, or cars on either side of the road.

•  No turning point for the delivery vehicle.

•  Unfinished tracks and roads.

•  Lack of solid and flat surface to unload.

•  Gravel driveways.

If access issues are not advised and/or delivery cannot be made due to unattendance at delivery, a re-delivery charge may be applied.

Checking Orders

Check your delivery as soon as it arrives!

Once the goods are unloaded, they become the responsibility of the receiver.

If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us within three working days so we can resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. Prompt reporting helps us ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Fired Earth Tile Returns

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

All other Brands

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range. For further details, feel free to contact us.

Special Order Items

Orders for special order items are non-returnable unless they are damaged on delivery or are faulty.
