Return Policy

Fired Earth Tile Returns

Returns are accepted only for complete orders; partial orders cannot be accepted. To begin a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

All other Brands

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving or collecting your delivery. Please note that a restocking fee of 20% to 30% will apply, depending on the specific terms of the product range.

Eligible returns include:

✔ Unused products

✔ Products in their original packaging

✔ Products in full box quantities

Returns not accepted for:

✘ End of Line/Clearance items

✘ Special Order items

✘ Made to Order/Bespoke items

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Please ensure that all returns are pre-authorised and accompanied by a returns number. This returns number should be clearly indicated on all packages, crates, and pallets. You are responsible for arranging the return of goods through your preferred courier or by dropping them off at our warehouse.

PACKING YOUR RETURN

Ensure proper packaging as tiles are fragile. Capture a photo prior to pickup to address any potential carrier problems. Clearly indicate the returns number on all packages, crates, and pallets. If your delivery to us sustains damages, we will provide photographic evidence to assist you in filing a claim with your courier.

TIME FRAME FOR RETURNS

You have a period of up to 14 days from receiving or collecting the delivery to return goods to us, subject to a restocking fee of 20% to 30% based on specific range terms. For more information, please contact us.
